TECHNICAL DATA

Series "CF" cooling station has been realized for cold production particulariy employed in a supermarkets or for one or more cold rooms. "CF" cooling station produces the cold required from varous users (cold rooms, ice banks etc.) this cold is obtained from progressive, partial on total insertion of cooling station compressors. In case of one or more cold rooms at positive (0°C) that negative (25°C) the solution of cooling stations gives the following advantages:

  • Less consumption of electric power due to less start up of plant
  • Always sensible pressures in the system with good values
  • In case of break of one compressor the cold production is guaranted all the same for the various users.
  • A lot of time saving installation expenses and guarantee to customer of functional plant always
  • Rotating of compressors for homogeneous wear of cooling station
  • Never total standstill of cooling station is required for maintenance or breaks of one more compressors. The cooling station can works with only one compressor producing cold untill the repair is finished.

REGULATION SYSTEM OF AC&R OIL LEVEL
The regulation system of AG&R oil level saves energy and increases the service life of the compressors.

WORKING SYSTEM
The oil level in the compressor casing must be controlled. The oil regulating system permits this kind of control and in the meantime keeps the oil level in every casing regalar. The regulating system avoids the need of complex equilization circuits. It works with compressors which are different in model and size.

  3. oil level regulators
On every compressor is installed an oil regulator to control the inner oil level. The common oil supply feeds every regulator and the oil separator feed the oil supply.
